FDNY Rules Title 3 of the Rules of the City of New York

Office Occupancies:

As of August 1, 2011, when an Office Building needs to amend either their Fire Safety Plan or Emergency Action Plan, they will do so via the new "Comprehensive (Combined) Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan".

The new Comprehensive (Combined)...Plan replaces the building's current Fire Safety Plan and Emergency Action Plan.

TRAINING AND DRILLS: Fire Safety Drills and Training, and Emergency Action Plan Drills and Training, remain in place. They are still required to be performed, still separate from each other.
